The problem with friendly ponies

This is the problem with friendly ponies. They make it very difficult to take pictures. I think I took around 13 pictures and most of them were of an ear, nose, eye or forehead. She's definitely not getting the model thing yet!

Piper is such a little goober. She climbed into my ski bag to take a nap in all the cozy snow-clothes! Silly dog, ski bags are for people...

Strange Encounters of the Clyde Kind

Clyde thinks the baby is fascinating. I think he thinks she is a big funny-looking puppy. He was in the round pen right away trying to engage Britches. Mom did not find the humor in this. In fact, both Piper and Clyde were quickly uninvited from the round pen short of becoming fuzzy pancakes. Here little Britches is taking the opportunity to sniff nose-to-nose with Clyde through the fence.

Our little one has arrived!!

After almost a year of "patiently" waiting... Sandy finally had her foal. SandysSmokinBritches (AKA "Britches") was born Tuesday, April 11 at about 11 am. I was so excited to say "IT'S A GIRL!".
