OK ALREADY!!!

Ok, so here's the scoop. Not many horse pictures this time... sorry. But we've had a lot going on. Brian proposed in October and I am in the process of starting wedding plans. We've been building our barn (OMG!). We took a trip in September to the Oregon Coast. And we've had a lot of family in and out. It's been a really good year altogether. Oh and I got a new truck =). So I hope the threats of bodily harm can be postponed for awhile. I hope to get some more pictures soon. There were a bunch of really fun ones taken over the holidays. Hope everyone is well and the new year treats you well!

MINE!

Just a cute picture. Molly (black), Clyde (red), and Bailey (white) all bringing back the fetch toy. So much help while building the barn. =)

Peek-a -boo

The lady who does my nails gave me 2 kittens (I know... we don't need anymore) I named them Mittens (black/white) and Spooky (solid black). Brian went outside to go to work and we couldn't find the kittens. Luckily for them, Brian looked under his hood first... phew!

Cheese!

During our trip to Tillamook, we HAD to go to the cheese factory. Cheese and milk and ice cream... oh my! Brian and I both had an ice cream cone. YUM

Sunday stroll

On Sunday, our last day at the Oregon Coast, we went for an evening ride on the beach. EAT YOUR HEART OUT! =P It was like in the movies and it was AMAZING!

Hoofprints in the sand...

Ah, love...

Sunset on the beach was wonderful!

Fun at the coast

We took a trip to Tillamook, Oregon in September. This was our visit to the Tillamook Air Museum. Notice the large scab on my nose; I broke my nose 2 days before we left for our trip. So, I have a lovely set of raccoon eyes and a very fat nose.

Helpy helper...

While building our barn one day, we had an unexpected visitor. We don't have any trees to speak of, so I was quite surprised to see a squirrel. He sat up there for a good portion of the day until I had to chase him off so the boys could put up more boards. At one point, we left for lunch and I thought for sure he would wander off while we were gone... no such luck. LOL

summer project

So our MAJOR project that has spanned the majority of the season(s) has been our new barn. Isn't it pretty? YAY!! I haven't taken any pictures recently, but we now have all the outside up and a good portion of the inside walls as well. Hopefully, in the spring, we will be able to get the end doors and stall doors up.
